This model is a laced Derby with a 5.5 cm heel, designed to offer the elegance of a heeled shoe while keeping a soft, comfortable fit.

The upper is made of lambskin, while the lining is calfskin. The leather is drum-washed and garment-dyed: the treatment is carried out on the leather and not on the finished shoe. During washing, the leather shrinks slightly, accentuating the full grain, the texture and the natural color variations. Each hide reacts slightly differently to the treatment, creating shades that are part of the material’s character.

The finish is completed with natural waxes, which add depth to the color and enhance the surface of the leather.

The sole is leather and is made with a Blake stitch. A non-slip rubber section completes the bottom, improving grip. The fixed insole is padded and the footbed is designed to distribute comfort better across the entire sole. The laces are waxed cotton.

The heel measures 5.5 cm.

It is a shoe designed for the office and for anyone who wants to wear a heel throughout the day without sacrificing a soft fit. The special treatment of the leather and the internal padding help make it comfortable even during prolonged use.
